You can create contact records for people and companies in voo:people. Add people to companies simply, to gain a complete view of the relationships between the companies and people you work with. You can also mark the contact records you regularly interact with as Favourites, giving you an at-a-glance view of the information you need.

Contact grouping

voo:people enables you to create contact groups, which you can then add your companies and people to. Creating contact groups is a useful way to keep track of the types of activities you perform with your contacts. Seeing how many contacts you have in a certain group, enables you to make key decisions on whether certain groups need, for example, to be grown. Contact group creation is fully customisable, so you can create groups that are directly applicable to your business, and decide who should be able to see each group.
